1. Will we have a tour guide / a representative continually on our tour?

Yes. We are proud to provide our experienced tour guides and representatives to every group. All our representatives are English speakers unless it was mentioned differently. Please click here to visit our staff directory.

2. What hotel levels do you provide?  What services are offered by the hotels?

Our clients enjoy staying in first class tourist hotels with the purchase of each of our published itineraries. While staying in Israel, all rooms include a private bath, a TV and phone services. Other services offered are: dining rooms and lecture rooms.  For our customized groups, we are offering several hotel levels and  help find the one that best suites their needs. 3. Do I need to pay a deposit? when should the deposit be paid?

A deposit of $350 at the time of registration will reserve you a place.

4. When is the final payment due?

The final payment for the tour, including optional Travel protection plan insurance, is due 70 days prior to departure. Late fees will be applied after the  due date, and the the tour price is subject to change. Click here to learn more about our Travel Protection Plan coverage through Travelex.


5.Do you provide travel insurance?

6. Are your tour packages sold through travel agencies?

We sell our products through the travel agencies. If you are a travel agency please click here to request more information.

7. Is the group size limited?

Our customized tours are designed for any size of group upon request.  On our published itineraries the group size varies and ranges between 15 to 45 participants.

8. What is included in the tour prices?

Tour prices include: Round trip air fare, accommodations in First class Hotels, breakfast and dinner included daily, experienced tour guides, deluxe bus services, sightseeing and entrance fees.

9. Do I need to expect more expenses in my destination?

Our tour prices do not include: taxes, optional travel insurance, tips and lunches, miscellaneous fees such as individual transfers, passports, laundry, beverages at meals, excess baggage, and items of personal nature.

10. Do you provide a flight from my home city?  

We can provide a flight from any airport next to you home town. please click here to request the flight cost.

11. In case I don’t have a roommate, Will I be expected to pay the supplemental for single room?

Our prices are based on two persons sharing one room. Our registers will check the possibility of finding roommates for single travelers.

12. Is there a dress code in the city of destination?

Dress codes vary in different cities, countries and sites. In the religions sites you will be expected to dress modest. Women would like to make sure all their body and hair is covered, men should avoid short pants

13. What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept personal checks and credit cards. All checks are acceptable if received more than 4 weeks before departure.

14. Am I eligible for a discount?

We offer an early registration discount of $50 which will be deducted from the balance on full payments made 150 days before departure.

15    Are there any special preparations or items I should take with me on the tour?

A list of items and to do tasks for your Holy Land tour is available to download.

When registering:

* I know the exact dates of the tour and how many people  I would like to register.

 

Yes/No   I have a valid passport for at list 6 months after return date.

Yes/No   I have a roommate.

* I paid deposit of $350 for each person traveling with me and I scheduled my full payment.

 

Yes/No   I decided to purchase travel insurance.

Yes/No   I sent a signed registration from to ‘Yael Adventures’

100 days before departure:

* I and all those traveling with me have a valid passport for at list 6 month after the return date.
 

* I have a visa to Israel (US citizens do not need a visa to Israel)

* All my flights are booked and I have a confirmation.

* I have notified Yael Adventures that I will need a refrigerator for my medicine.
 

* I paid a full payment for me and each person traveling with me.

 

14 days before departure:

* I have all my flight tickets

* I have my medicine for the tour in the original boxes.

 

* I have travel insurance.

* I have prescriptions for the medicine I need
 

 

Packing and special items (One suitcase only + one carryon):

* Passport

* Visas (if needed)

* Medicine

* Sunglasses

* Map of the Holy Land

* Books and travel guides

* Bible

* A hat (the best is Stetson)

* Sunscreen

* Electronic converter

* Waterproof jacket

* Umbrella

* Camera (+ spare film)

* Modest dress (kerchief + long sleeve shirt + long pants)

* prescription glasses or contact lenses with a spare one

16. When will we meet your representative?

All  groups will enjoy the services of  our professional  tour guide during their stay in the city of destination. Upon arrival, depending on your itinerary, you will meet either your tour guide or a representative. For all  clients who purchase their flight with us and arrive as planed, we provide transfer services from the airport to the hotel.  Customized groups will also enjoy a pre- tour presentation in the city of departure before traveling.

17. Can someone with walking difficulties participate in the tour?

The tours differ in the amount of walking needed, according to their itinerary. Our professional staff will be happy to assist you in deciding which program would be best for you. Please tell us about the challenges you will be facing in the tour, and we will gladly discuss options available for you that will ensure the tour meets your needs.
