As quoted from an article published last year in the Jewish Telegraph: "… Mr. Herdan is heard before he is seen, guiding tours during which he serenades tourists and locals alike…".
His personal recommendation to the new visitor in Israel: "Go to the market place. For several years I am guiding special tours to Rosh Haayin street market where all the surrounding Muslims, Christians and Jewish villagers present their locally made merchandise side by side. You will find there a unique mixture of
captivating smells, tastes, colors, goods and typical mix-cultural articles which in a way represents the essence of Israel".
