No. We do all coordination and organization necessary. We help plan the tour according to the group's needs. All individuals participating can contact us with questions and concerns and we will provide them with answers on the destination, administrative process and more.

 2. How can the group leader know how many people registered to the tour?

A special and protected area in our web site will give the group leader information about the group.

 3. What does the group leader need to do in order to organize a group?

The group leader needs to interest people in the tour and gather them. Our representatives will make a pre-registration presentation for a minimum of 10 interested persons.

4. What if it is a first time for me as a group leader? How do I have control of the whole process?

 We will provide all forms and information needed to help the tour leader to keep track of the process and be in control.

5. what preparations are needed prior to the tour?

Administrative preparation- we will supply a list of all preparations needed with time tables for the tour leader. Content preparation- our representatives will make a pre-tour presentation, or a lecture for at least 15 participants on the subject “The cultural puzzle of Israel”

 6. Will the company do all communication needed with every individual in the group or is it the tour leader responsibility?

We will be in contact with all individuals joining the tour. We will establish the group communication lines including printing, mails, emails and faxes. The group leader will be able to use these communication lines.

We will meet with the group leader to create the best itinerary for the group.

 8. Will the group leader be able to speak with the tour guide?

Yes. We have a special service for customized groups. All customized groups can enjoy a direct contact with the tour guide assigned to them prior to the tour, and ask every question they have.

9. How can the group leader learn more about the destinations?

A special area in our web site was constructed to provide information about the tour destinations and subjects. The group leader can access lists of articles, tips and sites, to enrich his knowledge.

10. Who is in charge of collecting the money for the tour?

Yael Adventures will collect the tour payments.

11. How is the tour price determined?

The most considered factors for determining the tour price are: Hotel level, season of traveling, the length of the tour and the group size. We will work with the group leader and create a tour that best serves the group's needs.
