Terms and Conditions

Tour Price Does not  include: Tax and Surcharges. Optional travel insurance, tips and lunches, miscellaneous fees such as individual transfers,  passports, laundry, beverages at meals, excess baggage and items of personal nature, fuel surcharges which may be imposed by airlines and other suppliers.        

Registration: A full deposit, copy of the picture page of your passport, and a signed registration form are required before 03/30/08.  If your passport is not valid or you do not have one please inform Yael Adventures.

Method of Payments: We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards. All checks or money orders are acceptable if received and cashed before the payment due date.

Accommodations:  If changes will be made to the accommodation arrangements, the hotel level will remain the same or be upgraded.

Airline Tickets: Once printed, or sent by email, airline tickets can not be changed or refunded thereafter. Air transportation to/ from your destination will be in economy class. Most Carriers utilize APEX and SUPER APEX non-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more traveling together for the entire itinerary.

Payments: A full deposit of $350 per person is required. Final payment for the tour, including optional Travel protection plan insurance, is due on 07/01/08. Yael Adventures will not be able to provide services if full payment is not made by the due date.

Documents: A US passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of return. Non US citizens please contact your embassy or consulate for visa requirements.  Cancellation due to lack of appropriate required documents (i, e, a valid passport, visa etc.) will incur regular cancellation fees.  

Cancellation by Yael Adventures: In case of lack of participants or any other reason Yael Adventures may cancel the tour. In such a case Yael Adventures will be responsible to provide a full refund. Yael Adventures will not be responsible and will not refund any purchases not made through Yael Adventures like airline tickets and insurance. Cancellation according to state travel advisors and/ or warnings, acts of war, acts of God, Terror attacks, natural disasters or other reasons that are out of Yael Adventures' control, will not be eligible for any form of refund.    

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees are covered by our Travel Protection Plan as a result of the unforeseen reasons listed in the policy. The cancellation fees are as follows: From the registration day to 90 days before departure: A $45 non-refundable administration fee + any airline demands.
0-61 days before the departure day: $350.
60-45 days before the departure day: $500.
44-31 days before the departure day: 35% of the total cost.
30-15 days before the departure day: 50% of the total cost.
14 or less days before the departure day: 100% of the total cost.

Travel Protection plan: We strongly recommend our optional travel protection plan which provides a number of benefits as briefed below. The full list of coverage, certain conditions and more details are available to you upon request, and will be sent to you upon purchase of this coverage. Yael Adventures responsibilities: Yael adventures acts as a tour operator and  will make the reservations as best as it can to operate the itinerary as planned. Suppliers that provide ground services such as hotels, transportation and all other ground services as well as the airline companies are independent suppliers and are not Yael Adventures’ representatives in any form. By signing the terms and conditions form, you agree that Yael Adventures will not be liable for: flight time, ticketing, extra pricing or any other components of the airline companies, and any delays, strikes, government acts, defects in service, vehicle breakdown, injuries, thefts, fires, riots, schedule’s changes, accidents, loss or damages to you or to those traveling with you during your stay at your destination or on board the aircraft.
